Geology Ontario provides online access to Ontario Geological Survey information drawn from more than 85 thousand reports representing over 2 million pages and 168 thousand maps. In addition, hundreds of digital products containing field data, geophysical surveys, geochemical analyses and geo-chronological measurements are available for download.
Ontario's CLAIMaps system provides online access to more than 2,700 claim maps representing over 2.9 million hectares and the availability of land for prospecting and staking throughout Ontario. New information is uploaded to the website nightly, so maps are current to within 24-hours of being edited.

One-Window Project Development Service
New mineral development projects can benefit from the Ontario's One Window Coordination Process. Staff from the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines will work with project leaders to navigate the necessary steps (legislative, regulatory, environmental assessments, inter-governmental) and help bring the project into production.
