Companies like LANXESS, The Woodbridge Group, Stemergy, Lorama, Iogen and Anaergia are here, taking biomass and turning it into green energy, chemicals and materials for rapidly expanding global markets.

And Ontario is attracting more international companies all the time. The latest is Plymouth, Minnesota-based BioAmber, which is building its first North American renewable chemical plant in Sarnia.
