How do I file a warranty claim?
Homeowners are required to complete the appropriate warranties claim forms (30-Day, One-Year and Two-Year warranty coverage) and submit those directly to Tarion.
These forms can be found as part of your Homeowner Information Package.
Contact Tarion to also request the form for the seven-year warranty against major structural defects.
