The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) administers the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 which regulates real estate brokerages, brokers and salespersons in Ontario.

RECO enforces a Code of Ethics that defines the conduct expected of registrants and the principles upon which they must do business in Ontario.
