New Application Form and Interim
Rule
The Tribunal has released a new form
titled, ‘Application to Remove Conditions from a Liquor Licence’. Applicants
seeking to remove a condition on a liquor licence under subsection 14(2) of the
Liquor Licence Act will submit
their application on this form. The Tribunal has also released Interim Rule 16.6
which details how an Application to Remove Conditions from a Liquor
Licencewill be addressed by the Tribunal
and the responsibilities of the parties and
objectors.
