Pursuant to the provisions of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, the Licence Appeal Tribunal is currently in the process of obtaining approval on its public and governance accountability documents in preparation for the date of  April 1, 2012, as required by the legislation. Once approval has been received, the documents will be made available to the public.
